Yay! My Urban Decay Naked One Week Series wrapped up the other day. 🙂 If you’re new, the One Week Series as I’ve dubbed it is a week-long series with looks using a single palette. I don’t know how long I’ll be doing this, as I have a lot of LE palettes, but let’s see!
Anyway, for the meantime, I thought I’d carry over the series to another less-utilized palette in my possession: the Urban Decay Naked 2. I’ve said quite a lot of times that I prefer the Naked 2, but I thought I’d show you some looks with this palette, to kind of demonstrate why I feel like it’s much more versatile than the original Naked palette.
I think Natalie is doing this along with me. 🙂 Be sure to check out her blog sometime today or this week!
This is a pretty simple eye look! I really like it, even though I just made it up for this post. I’ve got Bootycall all over the lid over a MAC Paint Pot (Painterly), with Tease in the outer corner and outer crease. Then I deepened up the look with the tiniest bit of Blackout in the outer corner.
On the lower lashline, I have Blackout and Tease. Curled ze lashes and put on mascara.
I did a little wing with a liquid liner. I love how it makes my eyes look more elongated and girlier.
Face base: NARS Sheer Glow Foundation (Punjab), Physician’s Formula Youthful Wear Cosmeceutical Youth-Boosting Powder (Matte Translucent), Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder (Mood Light)
Eyebrows: The Body Shop Brow & Liner Kit (02)
Cheeks: MAC Mineralize Skin Finish (Lightscapade), Shiseido Luminizing Satin Face Color (RS302), Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Waterproof Matte Bronzer (Park Avenue Princess)
Lips: MAC Amplified Lipstick (Impassioned)
And that’s it! Stay tuned this week for more looks using the Naked 2 Palette. 🙂

Yay! I love this new series! The Naked 2 has been in my wishlist for years (and now I have Naked 3 in there as well). Maybe with a little nudge, I’ll finally give in and buy it. Lol
I love Naked 2 🙂 I have yet to try Naked 3 but if push comes to shove, I’ll pick Naked 2 over the original Naked any day.

I love this look! It’s so fresh and pretty!
Thank you so much! x
Aww, you look great! I love the bright lip colour too! =) My first post is up, here. http://natzisstash.wordpress.com/2014/01/27/urban-decay-naked-2-challenge-and-a-tip-for-makeup-beginners/#more-2758
Love your look! Sorry I’ve been posting so late. D:
No worries about lateness! XD Mine will be up late tomorrow because it’ll be an evening look I’m doing.
I love this look although I think the lipstick steals the show, so pretty! the slight wing to the eyelook is great too, someday I will figure out winged eyeliner…
Thank you Zoë 😀 The hardest part of a winged liner to me is getting them to match!
I love the color of your lipstick!

Thank you Patty!
Oh my gosh, Tease looks amazing on you!!! The mauvey tone looks so amazing on your skin!!!
Oh wow, thank you so much. 🙂 I used to be frustrated since I didn’t think it showed up well, but I appreciate it so much more these days.
I am impassioned by your passionately lovely lip color (heh.) And please wear eye liner more often. This is so vavavoom and I’ve narrowed it down to eyeliner (which I also like in your last Naked series!)
Hahaha thank you po! 🙂 Huhu liner is my enemy, but I like how I look better with it also. D:
GRABE. Ang ganda nito, Carina.
The bright lip. The eyeliner. EVERYTHAAANG!
Thank you naman! 😀 ❤
