I saved the best for last! Which is weird because I never thought I’d be so smitten with a red gel eyeliner, but here we are. Anyway, the product in question is the 3CE Gel Eyeliner in #L.O.V.E.. 3CE or 3 Concept Eyes is the makeup arm of Korean fashion brand, Stylenanda. I’ve had the pleasure of trying out 4 items from this awesome, mid-range brand so far, and I’m in love with all of them!
This gel liner is super creamy and is pretty much a dream to work with since the color glides on so smoothly on your lids and is so opaque in just one swipe. The pot of product, which is housed in frosted glass, comes with a super nifty liner brush (flat and somewhat tapered) which is what I used to apply it.
You can use it to apply broad strokes or thinner ones, depending on which side you use. As you can see from these swatches, the product is ultra creamy and is super pigmented. All of these swatches were made with just one dip.
I used it above the Graymelin eyeliner we got this month, which is in brown. I’m not sure if I can wear the red liner on its own. It will provide definition for sure, but I feel like the brown anchors it. Look at how lush and beautiful it is, though. The liner is pretty thick, but when I open my eyes, it disappears:
It’s like my little secret. 🙂 So far, I feel like this is the best gel liner I’ve ever tried. Next on the list is the shu uemura Painting Liner. I have a love/hate relationship with gel liner, but I feel like if this was my introduction to the product, I would probably be a gel liner convert from the get go.
This retails for $13.21 on the 3CE website—well worth it for the quality of the product. This is truly a gem that I’m glad I got to try.

Preeetteee. I generally stay away from red/pink shades cuz they make my eyes look irritated. But this may just change my impression on red shades on the lid.
I think the trick really is to lay down a brown or a black between your actual eye and the red. You can do it!! 🙂
Props for secret liner 😛
Props indeed 😀
You actually made this eyeliner seem so wearable! I was thinking there is no way anyone could make that happen!
Thanks, Sunny! 🙂 Haha it’s colors like this that make me think “Why would they even make this! No one can pull this off” only to be proven wrong. Again.
Gorgeous colour, it definitely adds a lot to an everyday make-up!
Thanks, Delia! 🙂 I love that it’s so easy to pull off, even if the thought of red eyeliner seems so scary, lol.
Love that hidden pop of color!
Thanks, Eula! 🙂
What are you wearing on your lips? Such a pretty color 🙂
Thanks Irina! 🙂 It’s NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Decanso. It’s LE, so you should pick one up if you’re so inclined!
OMG, IT’S LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! I NEED THAT COLOR IN MY EYES! So Katniss Everdeen!!!
ON*
HAHAHA TINA :)) Natawa ako! I didn’t think you’d go for this color! Pretty no? 😀
Not the color I’d normally go for pero ang ganduhhhh! And I’ve been wanting to replicate katniss’ make up from mockingjay and that color seems perf for it! Not an eyeshadow but could werkkk!!!
Haha ang cute mo, pero oo nga, pwede nga to!
Pretty! Ooh, try lining your lashline thinly with a black shadow after #L.O.V.E. I think it’ll make the color pop even more. And I can totally imagine doing an ombre winged liner with it. 😀
Thanks, Shaunne! I’ll try that next time. 🙂
WOW. that’s such a gorgeous liner. I actually love like rust, cranberry type shadows (pomegrante punk colour tattoo, l’oreal infallible golden mahogany) so I am in love with this, and I love that it’s a secret 🙂 gorgeous!
Isn’t it? 🙂 I haven’t tried Pomegranate Punk, though it’s definitely a shade I’ve been attracted to.
Ugh, look at that gorgeous color and opaqueness. *_* Can’t get over it.
Hee, glad you find it as pretty as I do, Jennifer. 😀
I love it, the color is lovely!x

Thank you, Rasa. 🙂
That looks amazing!!
Thank you, Olivia! 🙂
Beautiful shade and such unconventional color! I wonder how it would look like on the lower lashline?
Not great, lol. I tried it!
Aw too bad! I had hopes, haha!
It has a bit of a punk vibe to it, don’t you think? Especially the one with the close-up of your eyes. I didn’t think reds can be a good shade for an eyeliner but your review makes me want to try one. 🙂
Definitely do that! It was a great discovery. 😀
Last February, my cousin and I spent 2 hours just drooling over Park Sora (the 3CE/Stylenanda model) and all her lovely photos using their products. We ended up ordering lippies :))
Impressed with the gel liner in your review, will try to get one of those next. ❤
😀 I love 3CE and the makeup looks on their campaigns! ❤
