Hello, everyone!
I didn’t plan on taking a holiday break, but it seems that I may have needed the break anyway. Here’s a bunch of items I picked up on a post-Christmas trip to Beauty Bar. 🙂 Most of them are things I “need”—if you notice, I don’t have many “color” picks.
Clockwise from top left: K-Palette 24H Real Lasting Eyebrow Liner (01), K-Palette 24H Real Lasting Eyeliner (Waterproof, Super Black), Smashbox The Nude Lip Liner (Light), K-Palette 0 Kuma Cover Control Concealer (02 Yellow Beige) since I keep borrowing my sister’s, Bloom Secret Weapon Concealer Kit (Fair/Medium), Smashbox Image Factory Air Blush Whipped Cheek Color (Dusty Rose).
For the record, I am in love with 4/6 items. The other two, I haven’t tested yet, so I’m pretty happy with my loot.
Here’s a late Christmas tag by Shari of The Misty Mom!
What’s your favourite thing about Christmas?
Like I said above, my favorite has got to be the reunions, get-togethers, dinners and parties with friends and family members whom I haven’t seen in a while or in the longest time.
What’s your favourite makeup look for the festive season?
Smokey eyes and red lips! I also love sporting bright red nails for the holidays.
Real tree or fake tree? We don’t even have a tree. We have a long garland that we decorate because we don’t have enough floor space for a tree.
Giving presents or receiving presents? Although I won’t say ‘no’ to the kindness of other people’s hearts, I do think I enjoy giving more than receiving Christmas gifts. I started Christmas shopping way early (September) and by the time Christmas hit, I bought several other presents for the people I had already ticked off my list 🙂
Do you open your presents Christmas morning or evening? By the time the clock strikes 12, Christmas presents are fair game!
Handmade Christmas cards or bought? Handmade 🙂
What’s your favourite Christmas film? A Charlie Brown Christmas and Home Alone 2.
What’s your favourite Christmas food? Steak and a Filipino dish called kare-kare! I don’t know if those count.
I think it would be too late to tag people on the day after Christmas, but if you’d like to answer it, my comment area is free. 🙂
Real tree for the first time this year. Really like it. Smells good and is unique.
“Do you open your presents Christmas morning or evening? By the time the clock strikes 12, Christmas presents are fair game! ” 🙂 That’s great!
