One Week Naked 2: Day 4

Hello everyone! This is the 4th day of my Naked 2 challenge with Natalie. I think she’s working on a night look today, so watch out for that when it goes up on her blog. As for me, I went towards a more rose-gold direction, as I haven’t gotten the chance to get the Naked 3 yet. (On another note, I’m super pleased with the amount of rose-toned eyeshadows that has been popping up lately. Definitely going to be a pretty season.)

Without further ado… Day 4’s look!

Graymelin Face 2

Graymelin Face 1

Yay, I like this look a lot! I love you, Naked 2. I put Chopper all over my lid with Tease on my crease and Snakebite on the outer ‘v.’ I didn’t realize that Snakebite had a bit of purple-y undertones.

Graymelin Liner - Open Eyes

I wanted a bright look, but wanted to put a bit of definition on my lower lid, still, so I loaded up on my mascara on both top and lower lashes. Even though I hate how difficult it is to remove Maybelline The Rocket Mascara*.

Graymelin Liner - Closed Eyes

Then I added a slick of brown liquid liner on my upper lash line using Graymelin Control Sharp Liner Waterproof in Brown.*

Nature Republic Super Aqua Max- Under CC Cream

Face: Nature Republic Super Aqua Max Cream*, Graymelin CC Cream*
Eyebrows: The Body Shop Brow & Liner Kit (02)
Cheeks: The Body Shop x Lily Cole Lip & Cheek Dome (Crazy for Coral)
Lips: Oslo Cosmetics Lip Slick (Hibiscus)

I like how it looks in my Photobooth pictures, too! Weirdly.

Also, I need to know if you think this necklace is dumb. HAHA. It’s totally not my style, so I don’t know why I bought it. But I kinda like it…

I’m loving this eyeshadow palette series, keep it up! Any plans on what palette you’re going to do next?

Oh and I think the elongated eyeliner look suits you very well. 🙂 I have a similar eye shape and a similar ‘problem’ with eyeliner due to my uneven eyelids, I might try this out next time instead of fussing over winged liner. :p

    • Thanks! Haha I might do some bareMinerals or NARS up next, but I don’t know… most of my palettes are LE. 😦

Thank you, I love doing an elongated line!

  2. Ooooh. I’m really really loving this look on you. It’s simple, but the shimmery shadows (UD seriously makes the best ones) keep it from looking boring. The brown liquid liner is the perfect touch!

I just got home from my reunion dinner, will have my post ASAP. You will love my lips for the night. XD

    • Thank youuu. 😀 Except now, I feel like the UD palettes are too shimmery for me!

      Can’t wait to see!

  3. Naked 2 looks better on you compared to Naked 3. I can really see why you prefer it. It works really well with your skin tone, like a natural eyeshadow palette should.

    • Hi Rae! I don’t have the Naked 3 yet. 🙂 Nice, no? I feel like the other one is too warm, dark and frosty.

      • Oh, I meant the first palette you did a ‘one week naked’ series of.

Yeah, I like this one more. Pero this series is helpful and I realized that maybe Naked will fit me more because I’m olive-y. Your skintone seem to be on the neutral side (remember your L’Oreal Lucent Magique foundation in G4? that’s an exact match for me)

      • Oh yeah! IDK I’m naguguluhan to my undertone. I feel like I’m neutral (which is Olive, right?) but IDK, many things do not work for me.

      • If you have a greenish cast to your skin, you’re olive. I thought olive meant those with bronze skin, pero they were referring to green olives pala, not the dark ones. My skin is yellow with green undertones.

    • Thank you Olivia. 😀 Haha I’m totally not the statement necklace type, but this is growing on me, almost!
