Hello, Sample Stash is back! I hope I can keep this up and use up all my samples. I’m aiming for twice a month, at least, so wish me luck! 🙂 Anyway, today, I have a Korean BB Cream called the Hey Nature Black Diamond Moist Tightening BB Cream. I got this in a Glamour Box many months ago. I’m a little averse to trying sachets of samples, but I didn’t want this to go to waste so I sucked it up and put it on my face. It swatches pretty nicely and doesn’t look too white for me. Most BB creams tend to lean towards a super-cool pinky color, which kind of leaves a grey cast on people who aren’t as pale as Koreans to begin with. I don’t really like BB creams because I know I am not “pinky-white” and I do not really aspire to be. Sample Stash Sunday: AHAVA Time to Hydrate Essential Day Moisturizer*

Here’s a quick review of the AHAVA Time to Hydrate Essential Day Moisturizer, which I got from the first BDJ Box Elite. This is supposed to kind of bring out the skin’s natural moisture, and allow it to gain back its natural glow. Ahava products are usually formulated with Dead Sea minerals, and this particular product “effectively replenishes, rehydrates, and recharges the skin.” I was super excited to try this out. It has a very nice consistency and spreads well and evenly. The best part about this moisturizer, though, is that it sinks into the skin very quickly, allowing you to do the rest of your face in the morning without waiting a long time. It’s a great moisturizer for the day time, also because it’s not at all heavy or too creamy. I was really pleasantly surprised because I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was. I received these from my BDJ Box Elite last week. You can read about that here. For this edition of Sample Stash Sunday, I actually talk about hair! I’m the laziest freaking person when it comes to hair, so I don’t appreciate it when I have to do more than I think I have to. When I say lazy, I do mean “I don’t brush my hair” levels of lazy. The last time I used a brush was so long ago, I’ve regarded it as a distant memory. I’ve found the best shampoo (L’Oreal EverStrong) and conditioner (Organix Macadamia Oil) for my ponytail-thick hair, so I don’t like tempting the balance by trying out new things. However, this was the kind of product range that tempted me to try it. This also just goes to show you that I never learn.
