I recently acquired the BECCA Beach Tint in Guava from my Tita Betchay who lives in Sydney. The BECCA Beach Tint is a multi-purpose, water-resistant color for your cheeks and lips.
For a more in-depth look at the Beach Tints, check out my review on it in the shade Raspberry here.
Guava is a brighter, more summery color that gives your cheeks a subtle wash of color. It’s a bright coral pink that brightens up the face and adds just the right amount of color for a flush without a dramatic pop.
Raspberry is a deep berry pink that adds a cool flush, while Guava is a pinky coral that warms up the face. I don’t know if geography has anything to do with it (the Raspberry pic was taken in cold Japan in the springtime, while the Guava one was taken in Manila post-summer), but I do feel like grabbing Guava more often in the coming days.
I also would like to point out that these are pretty much indispensable these days, especially for exceptionally hot and humid days. They’re ideal to throw in your purse and bring along everywhere since they’re easy to apply with fingers. 🙂
BECCA Cosmetics is a cruelty-free company. Purchase them locally at Adora in Greenbelt 5, or online via Zuneta or Space.NK.
Looks gorgeous on you, you have beautiful skin!
Aw, thank you so much. 🙂
Thank you Carina for following my blog. I always love to meet kababayan in the blogosphere. Cheers!
Cheers, Kaye! 🙂
did you also apply guava on your lips? 🙂
Yup! It’s very sheer and subtle 🙂 Just a slight pinky-coral stain.
Ooooh. I’ll remember to try these out the next time I’m in Sephora! Props for them being cruelty free AND parabens free. 😀
Yep! They’re truly awesome. 🙂 I want more colors, actually!
thanks for the reply! i’m also curious about lychee and dragonfruit. hope you’ll have a feature on them, too. 🙂
Ah, doubtful as I don’t have those colors. There are a lot of swatches online, though!
