The sheer amount of indie samples I have amassed is kind of really scary. Actually more ridiculous, but let’s go with scary. I’ve decided to actively use up some of the samples. My eye base is MAC Paint Pot in Painterly with a sheer, sheer layer of the Oslo Cosmetics Eye Bond Primer Wand over it.
For this look, I used some of my Victorian Disco shadows! I’ve got Dashing Doctor on the lids with Spacey Wacey on the outer corners, and a rather pretty coral called Mollywobbles on the lower lash line.
Standard black liquid liner on my upper lash line.
Quite unsure of what my blush color is here (pretty sure it might be Illamasqua’s Cream Blusher in Dixie?) but the lip is MAC’s Rebel, which is a new discovery/revelation for me.
And that’s that! I’ve been trying to wear more colors on my eyes lately, and I think I’m enjoying it quite a bit.

I like your eye looks , not everything is with a cat eye.
Love the names! Huge fan of Dr Who 😍
You should make an inventory of your indie samples! how do you store your samples that came in small ziploc bags?
They are just in a sad pile. 😦 Hahaha
I’m sooo glad that you’re doing liner now, they give your looks that extra +++! The shadows seem to be creasing, did you use primer?
I realized that I look exactly the same every time I put eyeshadow on, even if I pick up different colors. How do you switch it up??
YAY, glad you think so! Anyway, yup, but just a paint pot.
Hmmm I use the same formula naman, for the most part. Just pick a dark + light color haha and then use the light one on most of the lid with the darker/more intense color on the outer 3rd/v. 🙂 For a really obvious switch, I put a bright/non-neutral shade on my lower lash line!
I’m loving the eye looks!! So pretty ❤ And I'm so jealous of all the indie makeup that you have. Boo haha
Thanks, Victoria 🙂 I have a love/hate relationship with indie! I find that they make me hoard stuff (because so pretty) and I get annoyed that they are so hard to get a hold of. Companies have such a long turn-around time since they operate on a small scale + shipping to here takes so longgg.
